Dr. Kay Younggren
Dr. Kay Younggren is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized dental care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from McMurry University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, Texas A&M Health Science Center. She also completed a Fellowship in Implantology with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (F.I.C.O.I.).
Since returning to her hometown, Dr. Kay Younggren has been committed to providing high-quality dental care and serving the community she proudly calls home.

I am a proud New Mexico native from Lovington and am excited to serve the community as part of the Smile Xpressions team. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chemistry and Spanish from the University of New Mexico before obtaining my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Texas Tech Woody L. Hunt School of Dental Medicine. I also earned a Master of Public Health degree from the UTHealth School of Public Health.
As a bilingual dentist fluent in both English and Spanish, I am passionate about improving access to oral healthcare and helping my patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment. My interests include preventive dentistry, restorative care, patient education, and serving underserved communities.
